Haven't had a chance to troubleshoot much other than pull one of the lenses and a bulb and checking for voltage at the socket. I have no voltage at the socket and the bulb tested OK. This is in a 78 PA32RT-300T with the rheostat rollers for Nav/Instrument lighting. The Instrument lights still work and dim normally with the rheostat but do not turn on the Nav lights.
Breakers all appear to be OK. Thinking possibly one of the Transistors on the rheostat assembly?
