Wife just got her PPL. Now we're looking for an IFR Archer or a Cherokee 180 for her to build some time, gain some experience, and do some IFR training. Any help locating a good NDH airframe, no corrosion, less than 5000 hours, mid time engine or newer, with an avionics upgrade is very much appreciated.

Thanks
Jim

I'm in Wisconsin. Currently own a Cessna 340 after stepping up from a couple Aztecs. I don't mind paying for a clean NDH turn key fly away airplane with good times, great maintenance, a minimum of a 430W, good autopilot, and something like a GTX345. Budget for something that checked all the boxes would probably be $60-75k area.

Found a nice Lowwww time Midwest 78 Archer for my wife. 1860 TTAF&E, good compressions, borescope inspection and oil analysis. King digital IFR with a KLN94, JPI, carb ice detector, Tanis, recent interior, windows, prop and paint. Pre buy didn't find anything, nice clean airplane. Flew it home this weekend. Really looks like a long term keeper. Wife and I are both thrilled with it.
