In light of recent FAA action on low approaches when not landing the following question came up. We have a local airport owned by a preacher. It has two GPS RNAV approaches. Has been used by various training organizations since there is nil traffic. The airport is open to the public but transients require 3 hour prior permission. Question, if you have not called for permission 3 hours prior and you fly one of the approaches, don’t land and then fly the missed approach, are you in violation?
