Inspection guide for Cherokee 235

I'm going to look at a 1964 Cherokee 235 on Saturday. Original owner and 1200 original hours.

What should I be looking for here? I've flown mostly 172's in the past, except for the occasional Arrow. I would definitely have a mechanic check it out before buying; but beyond aesthetics what should I check out?
