Ok, I am doing some homework, well, I am actually chasing a rabbit that sprang from my homework. I am working on soft/shorts and I was basically writing out the checklist in my notebook to study and memorize. Anyway, I got out my information manual, and it say all the speeds are CAS. I have a poster of the instruments and I remember many if the speeds my instructor has me use (same ones on the checklist in the airplane), those are all IAS. So now i am confused. There is a correction table in the information manual, but when I convert the speeds over, nothing really makes sense. I fly a PA28-151 btw. Am I overthinking this?
