GPS for Dell Inspiron Laptop

I got my wife an Inspiron N7010 laptop for Christmas. We'd like to find a way to feed a GPS signal to it -- either by GPS dongle, or by a feed from the GPS in our Android phones (by way of an android app through bluetooth). Any suggestions?
