Hi. Great website / forum. This is my first post. I am working on a PA32-300. The owner's complaint is that the glideslope flag is slow to pull on approach. He does get glideslope defection, but he states the flag normally pulls sooner on approach. The plane has the original Narco UGR-2A g/s rcvr, and a Narco MK-12 nav / comm. Both vor and Loc both ops nml. I inspected the balun and the tail antenna connections, all look good. The connections on the Comant diplexer are good. The UGR-2A is being sent to the shop....Any other ideas? Another question, I checked for continuity through the diplexer, and I get an open circuit from the antenna "in" port and the G/S "out" port. Is this normal? Cant find any internal schematics of Comant diplexers on-line.
