My CFI told me today (I'm getting ready for my checkride) that my plane needs a placard by all 4 tanks (I fly a 64 Cherokee 235) that shows 100LL and the capacity for each tank. He said it's required...I don't see it in the placard section of the POH I have but figured I'd rather be safe than sorry.

Is there an 'official' sticker that I can buy from somewhere or can I just use the digital labelmaker I have to create 4 strips that show 100LL and the capacity of the tank?

I found this on eBay - I think it would work...but can't find the 17 gallon tip tank one anywhere. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Piper-PA28-...iation_Parts_Gear&hash=item4157f725fe&vxp=mtr

and I found this which is cool - but no fuel tank placards: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Piper-Inter...iation_Parts_Gear&hash=item3f1aaef2a1&vxp=mtr
