Anyone using Garmin Pilot?
Twice now... Account logon failed to work, had to have a rep reset.
Their system would not send the e-mail to reset password.. as if my account no longer existed. Had to call them...
Easy fix, but got stonewalled completely when I probed the REASON for the recurring login fail. Refused to escalate or offer an explanation.
Don't really want this issue when on a trip, and Garmin support it NOT 24/7
Anyone else? Seems to happen around renewal time...
