All day I have been trying to buy a navigation data subscription. Every time I go to check out, it simply empties the cart. I have tried this over and over, same results.
I tried to call the support line, 35 minute wait. I sent them an email; I did get a reply that did not address my question, later in the day the Garmin site was down.
With all of the above, I tried again this evening. Same problem. The interesting thing is will allow me to order anything other than the Nav data. I can order a bundle that I do not want. I can also order the obstacle data base. But, not the Nav data.
Anyone else have this experience??
