So flying the family to Chicago for thanksgiving, staying downtown. Looking for suggestions of where to land in Chicago. Looks like Gary GYY or Executive PWK. Also noticed Lansing IGQ. No, not interested in Midway or OHare.
Im coming from southern Ohio I23 so southeastern ones are a little closer. PWK is higher on fuel but mainly concerned with easy, fast access to get downtown. Also would be neat to fly under the class B along the Chicago skyline to PWK.
On a side note best restaurants? Been to Chicago plenty of times and you cant throw a rock without hitting a great place to eat. Just wondering what you all have found.
