Here's a video of my landing today in Midland, Texas.

A short cross country from New Mexico to Midland. Pretty much a no-brainer. I was already directed for a straight in approach to RWY 10 but the ATC suddenly told me to steer a parallel heading to be sequenced in #2 behind a Gulfstream. Only, they left me at altitude a bit too long.

I love Pipers for their ability to brake in mid air and land normally. Granted, I stopped at the end of the runway and back taxiied a plane length. Still, it was fun.
