External Power plug for battery conditionner?

Hi,

I have an external power supply plug fitted on my 67 Arrow.

From the cabling looks there is a relay, not sure it needs the master ON of it forces the master ON.

Question is: may I use it to plug a battery conditionner when the plane is in the hangar ?
