I picked up my Lance yesterday. 76 straight tail NA IO540 with a JPI 700.
The previous owner said he always flew it at 23 squared or 23 rpm WOT .
My flight home (alone) at 8k feet yielded 15.5 gph, TAS of 168-170 at 24 RPM and WOT 21 MP, which put me right at the bottom of the yellow arc with the following EGT's and CHT's.

2: 1433, 335
3: 1405, 317
4: 1406, 325
5: 1352, 313
6: 1438, 328
First time owning a 540. Starting to read the POH now. Wanted to see what experienced guys thought of those EGT's and CHT's at those power settings, and what your power settings are at altitude with TAS & Fuel Burn.
