Control lock for '63 bowtie yoke & no quadrant

I like the control lock for the new model cherokees, and they say this one will work with the older bowtie yoke, but there is no "throttle quadrant" that sticks out on my '63's panel for mounting the bracket it connects to.

This lock holds the ailerons neutral and stabilizer down. Anyone here use something similar on an older model cherokee? Guess it wouldn't be that hard to rig something but if there was a ready made lock as convenient as this one, I'd rather go that route.
