Did some tooling around this weekend. I couldn't find a picture of an iPad Mount on a bowtie yoke, so I'll supply one. It works "OK" I have full range of motion on the flight controls and no instruments are blocked. Though you are looking down at the iPad kind of vertically making the bottom a little tough to see, I think it would work better for a taller person maybe 6' or so. I mounted it from the bottom as from the top seemed to block my view of the panel.

I also installed the Plane PooP Yoke Emblems just a couple of dabs of silicon to hold them on until annual time. Looks good.

Oh and my new shiny gyros.

I'd like to replace some panel plastic and install a new glareshield next.
