I take folks up to go checkout their property or what not, mainly because I just wanna fly and need missions, i never even take so much as a nickle for gas or anything. BUT, I've increasingly noticed that folks want to go up and take aerial photos of their hunting spots and land. Would it be an issue if my girlfriend took the photos and sold them? I nor her have any interest in doing this but I was just wondering about the legalities of this. Does the picture change if we live together? engaged? married?
