When I landed today, there was a stiff wind out so along with tying the plane down on the ramp I set the parking brake very tight. When I got back about an hour later to take off there was a puddle of brake fluid just behind the nose wheel. It was coming from an inspection panel just aft of the firewall. Brakes still worked so I got it back home so I can have my mechanic look at it Monday. I was wondering though, could it be that I had the brake set hard for so long or is there probably something else going on here? I don't have toe brakes, just the handle brake.
