I have a few questions on my new aztec.
Right gear light does not illuminate at times if doing many touch and goes. Cycling sometimes resolves it. Pass by tower with light off show all gear down. Seems OK if you leave it alone. Tried hand pump and system appears in hydraulic lock when right gear light is not on (impossible to pump). Flaps going down quickly. Also on a couple occasions, gear handle did not snap back on gear down (always does on gear up). Flap always snaps back.
Had mechanic look at it, and he said gear is locked well. He adjusted switch and problem went away after that, then returned one time. He did not put airplane on jacks and said that was correct way to adjust it, said switch had alot of adjustment left to it (put on jacks to do it). Instructor also noted sometimes a "knuckle" could be worn that would cause this.
