AZTEC F. Locked door, cant open from outside

We closed the door from outisde on the aztec and now it wont open, the little handle outside doesnt get pushed, the key lock and the slider seemed to be in the unlock position.

the slider moves, the handle in the key lock doesnt move at all.

Any solutions??
