Aztec - dripping crossfeed valve

Any thoughts on the crossfeed drain valve leaking? About a one second cycle if the tanks are on (per drip). Stops if the tanks are off. Very cold weather recently... first time I noticed it. FBO did n';t think it was a reason to stop flying the plane... just get the part on order. (all fuel is going out the tube) The part's manual only calls out the drain valve... no exploded view showing O rings etc.
