I hate to beat this horse again but I am still bugged by my CHT.
In the climb at Vy plus 5knots, they are somewhere around 415 to 434 at the highest. All cylinders are within 10 degrees of one another and climbing full rich and the outside air temp around 80-85 degrees.
I have tried flying in cooler temps, no change. I have tried flying at different speeds and angles, no change.

From the maintenance side, the following has been check or replaced, not necessarily for this problem but this is the recent maintenance history.
Carb, replaced.
Plugs, replaced.
Timing, triple checked.
Mags, replaced with new.
Baffling, all redone with new seals and I even used a flash light to seal any little opening around the cylinders.
Compression is good.
400 valve inspection is good.

My take off fuel flow is around 15.4 and I am told by the savvy analysis folks that is on the low side. I am contemplating pulling the carb again and sending it out.

Once I level off in cruise the temps are 340 to 355 across all cylinders.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
