I just joined a club with an Archer II and running some W&B scenarios I find that several them end up at or near max weight and the cg towards the rear (not too close, but further aft than the typical instructional situation). What should I expect?

Yes, I will spend more time with an instructor, work up to both heavier and further aft loading.
