My wife wants me to fly her and two friends from our home airport in Southern Indiana to Ft. Worth, TX in late March. It would be two 2.5 hour legs (not factoring wind) with one fuel stop. I would want to start each leg with full fuel. I plugged everyone’s weight and 80 pounds of luggage into ForeFlight and came up with a takeoff weight of 2585 pounds, max is 2650. CG is near, but within its aft limits. I’ve flown this airplane a lot but never close to it’s W&B limits. I’d appreciate comments from members that have flown similar airplanes with similar loading. Obviously I’ll need a lot more nose-down trim than I normally use on takeoff.
Thanks, Alan
