750xi Loader Card

I am trying to produce a 20.30 Loader card for an Experimental with a 750xi. I continue to get a "can't find file or path" message (paraphrasing) when executing the downloaded file. I have tried three different computers (all PC's). I have had no problems in the past with loader cards. Is there a new way to install the program to the card or could it be a bad file on the Garmin site? Anyone else have this issue?
