It does look like a nice low time airplane with mostly older avionics, but it does have Garmin ADSB. If you assume that it needs an engine overhaul, then +30K.

Like airplanes on TAP are 6 figures. What would you guys think a good starting price would be?

Same colours as our ‘76 Warrior with original paint as well, slightly different scheme. 👍
Nice plane, good luck.

Well, the negative is that it has original paint, interior, and engine. 43 years old. 1700 hours since new means it's been sitting for 375,500 hours. There will be some internal engine corrosion, meaning an overhaul is in the immediate future. Every bit of rubber from o-rings to hoses to seat bumpers is probably original.
Has the spar inspection bulletin been done? A plane that sits is highly likely to have hidden problems there, and in all the other steel attach plates at the base of the windshield, forward and aft spar attach points, seat belt attach points, etc.
So, $12K for paint, $8k for interior, $30K for engine & firewall forward refurbishment is what a buyer will have to budget for this plane.
In a normal market, this is a $45k plane.

I’d rather start with a 1,700hr airframe than an 11,700 airframe…..no comment on the price, they will get what the market dictates and it doesn’t matter what a “normal” market is…
Completely “restored”, paint, engine, interior, avionics, Warriors have been listed lately for 145K. No idea if they got it but that’s the market right now.
Might as well shoot for the stars.

But restoration cost for the engine is 30k, avionics 30-50k, paint 10-12k and interior 5k. So on the low side of everything you're looking at 75k on top of the purchase price. I hope he gets it as I think I might sell the 180 in 6-8 months.
