Easier to read info on the airplane...... I hate to sell has been a wonderful airplane for our family but time to move to a larger aircraft for the future. Excellent maintenance never a training aircraft.

Trey, what's the empty weight and CG arm?

The primary missions I'm looking at are 223nm trips to visit/fetch our oldest and his GF at college for the next 4 years, plus schlepping their "stuff". We live on the North Eastern side of WV and Marshall University is on the Southwest side. Driving, with pit stops, is a 7 hour trek, so flying is very attractive! I figure that trip could be made with reserves fueled to the tabs. I'm guessing 2 or 3 round trips a semester, give or take on that trip (fewer over time, I'm sure).

The beach spot my wife prefers is about 300nm and this would be loaded to the gills, I'm sure (and where a 235 would probably make more sense). Most other missions would be me doing PnP flights, as much as I could get away with.
