We have a 1977 Turbo Arrow III with the original circuit breakers. Our IA is replacing the 5 amp alternator breaker with a new 7.5 amp breaker because the new alternator is popping the old breaker.

After a several hour search we found a replacement in GA but with shipping time the plane will be down for an extra 4-5 days.

The part number is 454-719

I was wondering if anyone knows of a replacement part for this?

For instance Aircraft Spruce and Pilot Geek carry an entire line of new Klixon breakers but I could not find anyone to tell me if there was a Klixon or other manufacturer replacement for an older circuit breaker.

Does anyone know if there are replacement breakers for older Pipers?

Thanks
