I'm not flying as much as I thought I would, so I've decided to sell this wonderful plane.

Approx 1000 left on engine until TBO
Plane was really gone through in 2013, with:
new brakes
struts sealed
new interior(carpet, underlayment)
Leather interior dyed.... looks new.
new tires
new battery
new ELT battery
new seat belts
IFR capable
KLN90B + I'll throw in a Garmin 496 yoke mounted.
Plane is hangered, and just won Second Place at Suffolk, Va. Airshow amongst hundreds of planes.
I'll post pictures soon.
All AD's complied with, and the plane is current in annual. Just get in it and fly!!!!

I have a lot more into this plane than that, but it's time for it to go to someone who'll fly it and enjoy it.
