Just learned today...certain 180's have useful loads over 1,100 lbs. This is the same as a Cirrus SR22...a really nice, hefty load for only 180 horses.
Trouble is, seems like Piper useful loads for the 180 are all over the map. Anyone know which models in particular have a high useful?
The prospect of being able to haul a big load in a 180 is very attractive....high performance without the insurance / fuel consumption penalty!
