I am operating my Turbo Arrow III using temp settings used by the previous owner. When at 65% cruise (31" @ 2300 rpm and burning 11.5 gal per hour) I see CHT around 300 and TIT at 1480.
I am wondering what others are using and the temps they are seeing. I can lean it back to 10 gal per hour but my TIT rises into the mid to high 1500's. My engine manual tells me the red line but not much about at what temperature does to engine wear and a clear operating range.
