Take-off trim setting, what is yours?

Hi,

Been flying my 140 as part as my PPL. Found out that it kinda likes taking off with 10 degrees flaps. Does anyone else prefer 10 degrees for a normal take-off? Relatively short (2500') runway.

What is the elevator trim setting that seems to be working best for you? I normally trim 2 notches up, but I'm curious to hear your experience.

Thanks!
