My '79 turbo Lance is in for annual, and also it's 500 hour mag check. I have a fabric heat shield over the mag that has seen better days. I was trying to find a replacement for it. The Piper parts catalog has a part # 98691-002 (heat shield - magneto), but the related diagram page part (47A-41) does not look like a "fabric" part.
A couple of questions...
1. is the indicated part# 98691-02 a fabric cover or is there another?
2. Anyone know where one can be purchased? (I only found "out of stock")
