STRATUS ES Transponder(s)

I was setteled on a Garmin 345 & Flightstream for my PA28 . Now that Stratus has FAA certified their ES line of transponders - which will pair with my GNS 430/530 WASS GPS and Foreflight @ $2,995.00 ( ESi IN/OUT. )

Looks to me like thats a $2,500 saveing on hardware- Features other than FS 210 look the same to me.

Am I missing something ??
