After reading the boards, it was abvious that replacing entirely was a better solution than screwing around with a new bale. As I was ordering one this morning (about $225), Steve mentioned that he is currently testing his modification to a pa-28-180 for tailwheel and 3 bladed prop. It's kinda neat looking.
