Piper Wizards,

I have a great airplane that has (knock on wood) given me very little trouble. Recently, however, the starter will occasionally fail to engage the prop. I can hear it spin up, but no engagement. So far, I just wait 15 seconds or so and try again it it engages fine. Is this normal ops, or am I looking at an issue that may be getting worse.

Thanks for the assist!

Cheers!

Doug
