Many unavoidable (and unexpected) life issues have prevented me from flying my hangared Arrow over the last 6 months. I’d added sufficient Camguard at my last recent oil change, and my last annual was this past May. The fuel tanks are about two-thirds full. Aside from very careful preflighting, what safety or other precautions should I be aware of for my first flight after such a long layover? Should I do anything out of the ordinary before attempting to start the engine?
