I was 100 miles from home and had a fine run up, but after 5 minutes something felt amiss. I couldnt get my egt to go down, and it had been progressing, so I figured bad plug, change it when I get home.
Changed out plugs, and still bad run up.
Look through inspection hole on r mag, and turn prop, the gear doesnt turn.

Now what? Id like to know some of my options(if there are any) before I am forced into letting the fbo have their way?

When its all said and done, is it best to buy a rebuilt from spruce or the likes?
