It’s great to post great customer service situations. I lost the little spring loaded adjustment screws for my Rosen Visors in my Arrow while working on the interior. I sent an email to Rosen asking if the screws, springs, and nylon washers were available for purchase. The sent me two set free of charge. I got them in 2 days through US mail.
