Page 3-40:

“If propeller overspeed should occur, retard the throttle.”
“The propeller control should be moved to full DECREASE rpm (do NOT feather) and then see if any control is available.”
“Airspeed should be reduced and use throttle to maintain 2600 rpm.”

Question on these instructions: how does one move the propeller control to full decrease without it feathering?
