My panel upgrade was finished today.. Or so we thought. Put in the Aspen pro 1000 tied to a 480w. Looks great but when you go to transmit on Com1 with the intercom on, it makes a loud squeal and makes the CHT gauge go crazy. With intercom off, it’s ok. Anybody ever seen anything like that? The avionics guy says it’s something in the wiring he is going to try to fix tomorrow
