Actually two questions;
1) I notice that of the Piper Twin Comanche line, the models from the first two years of 1963 and 1964 have significantly lower VREF values than models of the later years. What is the reason for that? What changes made the Comanche better, and are they worth the increase in price?
2) How much additional money is it to operate a twin comanche as opposed to a single engine? The fuel burn clearly shouldn't be that different, but do the planes hold up well or do they need a lot of TLC?
Thanks very much!
