Hey guys, I'm looking for some input in this. I'm looking at a '68 Arrow, 4700TT, 700 SMOH( mattituck in 2000). The last annual was done in December, and compressions were all in the mid to upper 70's. would I be ill advised to skip a pre buy and take the annual as proof of airworthiness? I know conventional wisdom says to never skip a pre buy, but if its just redundant, I'd rather burn that money in the air! What is usually examined in a pre buy that isn't looked at during an annual? Opinions appreciated....
