I've noticed a couple of times now when I'm trimming for takeoff that the little arrow designating the trim position doesnt move, and then snaps to catch up to where the trim position should be. It sounds like there is a spring in the headliner that is catching, and doesnt move until tension builds up. My concern is that not knowing exactly how things are connected that the trim tab may not be moving until it catches up. I suppose I could have someone look at the trim tab while I'm turning the crank to see if it agrees. But honest, I'd rather just fix it anyways.

Anyone else experience this? What was the fix?
