Ok, having a tough time here, so I’m asking the audience…

I can find nothing in my AFM for the 75 PA28-151 relating to limitations on opening or not of the vent window. I’d have to imagine it’s allowed, but can find no written evidence of it anywhere. Settling a bet here, btw

Opening the vent window in the Toga above 129 is a no no.

Any advice?
