Disclosure: my Cherokee goes to the mechanic next week and he is gonna look at the rigging. I wanted to hear from anyone who might have some insight to my problem. When in level cruise and trimmed perfectly ball centered, the a/c will yaw gradually to the right and will not hold a course. This is all the time in any cardinal direction on a calm day. I can hold the course if I either 1) hold left wing down a few degrees, or 2) trim left rudder (ball basically in line with the right hash mark) with right aileron to counteract the left wing drop tendency. It's annoying to cruise long distances this way. Any ideas as to the culprit? A/C has no known damage history.
