Anyone experienced where the fuel drain handle on the Comanche becoming stiff to use. I believe it is hitting the access door on the belly of the plane. The access door was off for the annual as well as the fuel selector valve plastic housing in the cockpit. I am sure the pull handle is hitting the access panel now. The mechanic had the bowl disassembled to check the screen. What could be causing the assembly to be sitting too low?
