We have been having a recurring issue with our panel lights not working.
The switch was replaced about 18 months ago with a brand new one and failed after several months, that was replaced by a second hand one which also only lasted a few months, that was again replaced by yet another one which surprise surprise, has ceased working.
The aircraft has been in and out of various shops in the Phoenix area several times, trying to correct the panel light issue, each visit resulted in the switch being replaced.
What could be causing these switches to fail so often ?
Second question, the red dome light also has stopped working ( there were periods where the panel lights worked but the dome light didnt) , we thought it was just the bulb so that was replaced and still no-go. Related issue ?
