Looking at a 1962 Cherokee 140/150. It has 1900 TT A&E. Very nice inside and the paint still shines. It's obvious this guy took real good care of the plane. I flew it the other day and flys hands free. The top was done 300 hrs ago. Comp all in high 70's.

Asking $21,000

What else should I be asking, looking at ?
