Oil Leak isolated I think

I have had a small oil leak for going on a year now and have changed seal after seal with no luck. The leak is coming through the hinge on the top left side of the cowl and the oil door then proceeding up the windshield. I bought some of that glowing liquid that you shine a UV light on and ran it for about 2 hours and here is the result.

Not sure if there is a seal there that needs replacing or if that filler tube is cracked. I have read they are prone to cracking.


Thoughts?
